I've dealt with two attorneys one for a divorce, the other for an DUI endangerment charge. Both were terrible. I've had 7 cases with Cliff Hill representing me. One of the most outstanding characteristics / personality traits or skills is that Cliff has the ability to present a captivating calm presence. His actions are calming, his speech is respectful and he is logical in laying the foundation before the judge. When you are wearing orange and in chains and you see these other defense attorneys increasing the volatility in the court, your anxiety rises and you lose hope. I've witnessed Cliff speak with the prosecutor on the floor and have been aware of deals with the prosecutor that are beyond belief given my previous attorney experiences as a zero point indicator. Cliff was able to get me an ankle bracelet. I stood by Cliff's side as he did his work. You could feel the energy settle and calm down. Instead of prison time I got 2 yrs. probation with the option to be released in one year for good behavior. I was released at the end of the first year. Cliff has help me get my rights restored. On a scale of 1 - 10 Cliff gets a 10. But what must said of is Cliff Hill is that he is a top notch attorney. He has a certain talent for negotiation that works in the favor for the defendant. I suspect his calming demeanor plays a major role. He's a great negotiator.
